Five9 Agent Desktop Toolkit can be loaded from following URL

Following URL parameters can be used to customize ADT behavior

| idpLoginUrl | URL(URL encoded format) | Setting IDP initiated URL value will make Five9 adapter display additional 'SSO Login' button at the login screen. URL must be in URL encoded format |
| f9hookapi | true/false | Enable HookApi interface, by default Hook Api is disabled for Salesforce, Zendesk and Microsoft Dynamics CRMs |
